Are you ready to try something new that is so fun you forget you are working out? Come and try an Aqua Zumba class! Let the music move you and have fun, yes fun!
No equipment is used in this type of class. Class is open to men and women of all ages. Aqua or mesh athletic shoes and aqua gloves are recommended. Please wear a swimsuit suitable for an active aerobic workout.
Location: Lakeview Recreation Area (pool)- The pool is on the corner of Johnson Ranch Blvd. and Golf Club Drive.
Class Schedule: Saturday mornings at 9 a.m.
Things to bring: A pool towel and a water bottle.
Fee: $5 per class.

Yoga in the Park
The practice of yoga can offer benefits for the body and mind through the physical postures, breath work, and meditation. The hour-long class with poses to improve strength, balance, and flexibility. Includes guided meditation/relaxation at end of class. Class is open to men and women of all levels. The instructor will work with you on a individual basis to modify movements. Avoid large meal before class. Classes will be taught by certified instructor Susan Perng. Sorry, no childcare.
Location: Lakeview Recreation Area (park)- The park is on the corner of Johnson Ranch Blvd. and Golf Club Drive.
Class schedule: Monday & Wednesday from 8:45 a.m.-9:45 a.m. & 10:15 a.m.-11:15 a.m.
Things to bring: Yoga mat, towel, water and $8 class fee.
Fees: $8/drop in class or $45 for 8 classes (classes do not need to be consecutive)
