Residents (Homeowners and leaseholders) are required to follow the same rules and regulations of the community. Please be sure that you have a copy of the CC&R’s and policies. If you are a new resident, please visit the Community Office for a copy of the Welcome Packet. 


Overnight Street Parking is not permitted in Johnson Ranch between the hours of 1:00 a.m.-5:00 a.m. If you have guests in town for a short period, need to unload or clean out your RV etc., please call the Community Office at 480-987-8073 to make arrangements.


Common Area Maintenance: Please feel free to contact any member of the management team regarding maintenance issues in any of the common areas. Non-working Street Lights can be reported to SRP at 602-236-8888, please have the pole number and cross streets when you phone them. For after hours maintenance emergencies such as irrigation leaks call 1-800-274-3165.


Email: The best way to stay in touch with what is going on in the community is through the e-mail blasts. Each week we will send you an update of what is going on in and around Johnson Ranch. Make sure we have the most current email address on file for you and your family.   We don’t want you to miss out on any of the fun!

Magazine: A bi-monthly newsletter, The Johnson Ranch Journal, will be mailed to your home. The magazine offers detailed information about the community. We mail a copy to all homeowners and all leaseholders. We view everyone who lives in Johnson Ranch as a resident of the community and entitled to all information we provide. 


If you have extra time and enthusiasm, the Johnson Ranch Community Association invites you to be a part of the events, activities, and clubs in Johnson Ranch, please contact the on-site Lifestyle Director for all opportunities! 


Amenity Access is an electronic key card which allows access to the community amenities.  Each household will receive one access card     for entry. Access to amenities and activities is reserved for members in good standing. 


As the occupant of a home in Johnson Ranch, homeowners who are in good standing and leaseholders who have permission from the owner can use the great amenities in the community. We ask that you please accompany your guests when they are utilizing the amenities.

Residents of Johnson Ranch enjoy 225 acres of recreation and green belt space, 3 community pools, a 9-hole pitch and putt golf course, a catch and release lake, tennis courts (that double as Pickleball courts), basketball courts, sand volleyball, a Frisbee golf course and various playgrounds. When you purchased your home you became a member of the Johnson Ranch Community Association.

  • Master Assessment – $172.65/quarter

Benefited Neighborhoods

  • Stonegate Assessment – $55.80/quarter  ($228.45 total)
  • Lakeview Gardens Assessments – $58.44/quarter ($231.09 total)
  • Solera Assessments are paid to a separate management company
