This is in the primary interest of the health and safety of all our community members, volunteers and staff. We are following the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) recommendations.

What does this mean for community meetings including the 2020 Annual Membership Meeting?

The 2020 Annual Membership Meeting will still be held on Tuesday, March 24, 2020 at 6:30 PM. This meeting is an Open Session meeting and will be held by teleconference only, due to the CDC recommendation. Teleconference information and updated agenda will be provided prior to this meeting. The voting results (new Candidates voted in) from this meeting will be announced the following day via e-blast.

Will there still be Board of Directors and Committee Meetings?

For the next eight weeks all Board of Director meetings, if held, will be via teleconferencing. Committee meetings, with the exception of the Design Review Committee, have been cancelled until further notice.

Will Johnson Ranch still hold events during this time?

Per the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention it has been recommended that no gatherings with 50 people or more take place for the next eight weeks to slow the spread of the novel coronavirus. Per the CDC recommendation, Johnson Ranch HOA will be cancelling events until further notice. We will continue to follow CDC recommendations for the safety of the community and update as needed.

Will Johnson Ranch amenities be closed?

Yes. Per the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommendation for gatherings with 50 people or more, the Board of Directors made the decision to temporarily close all key fob amenities to include pools and tennis/pickleball court until further notice. In addition, we strongly suggest residents do not use playground and park areas until further notice. Our Common Area Monitors will be present to monitor our pool recreation areas.
